3D Nuclear Segmentation

The 3D nuclear segmentation software detects interphase nuclei and mitotic chromosomes in image stacks acquired by confocal microscopy. The tool development was motivated by a project to track and measure nuclei in Drosophila embryogenesis.

The TLM-Converter fragments or concatenates multi-dimensional images to facilitate downstream image quantification and visualization. The tool was developed for time-lapse images of Drosophila embryogenesis and metamrophosis.
