TLM-Converter
Image Analysis Goal
Reorganizes multi-dimensional (3D + timelape with up to 3 color
channels) image datasets for easier downstream processing, such as
segmentation or visualization. Performs either Fragmention or (2)
Concatenation.
Biological Goal
Was originally designed to overcome a bottleneck in the analysis of
very large (10-60 GB) time-lapse datasets acquired by laser scanning
microscopy (Zeiss 5 Live).
